ABOUT IGNITE180

People are still the point.

Organizations today move fast and run on technology.
We believe their greatest asset is still their people.

Ignite180 works with nonprofit, faith-based, government, and education organizations, and the leaders responsible for them. We serve organizations in the marketplace and the Church that want clear leadership, sound systems, responsible stewardship, and cultures where people can contribute, grow, and do meaningful work.

Why we exist

Most organizations that call us are not short on effort. They are stuck, or stuck while trying to grow, and the cause is rarely the problem they first describe. We help leaders see what is really happening, set a strategy their people can carry out, and build solutions the organization owns long after we leave.

What we believe

The first problem you see is rarely the whole problem.

We look beneath the surface to understand what is actually shaping the challenge, so leaders can address the right issue.

Honesty is a form of respect.

We tell leaders what we see clearly and constructively, especially when the conversation is difficult.

Lasting change belongs to your people.

We build the clarity, capability, and ownership your people need to sustain progress long after our work is done.
